We booked 24hrs prior for four full body massages - 3 of us had the best time. I had Samantha, she was absolutely amazing! Great hard pressure, never waivering. Definitely an asset to the team and I highly recommend asking for her for a massage if you like a good, strong pressure.

Dedicated and friendly staff with great passion

Very disapointing. Had hair blow dried and wasn't anything special. Not even water or tea offered as one would normally be at any other place I have been to. Should maybe stick to beauty treatments.

Everything was perfect! Great service - all you'd like in a spa.

The spa is very beautiful and when you walk in, the atmosphere is relaxing and calm. You also have access to the most amazing products. The difficulty I've encountered however is that, because there are a number of therapists, you are not guaranteed the same high quality of treatments.The therapists who love what they are doing, are fantastic, welcoming and you walk away feeling amazing. But these lovely therapists are normally booked a week or two in advance so its difficult to get appointments with them, if you're in a pinch for time. Consequently, what has happened with me, is those therapists who don't care, have a disgruntled attitude and who don't want to provide good service, are available and I end up leaving feeling like I did them a favour by coming to the spa and wasted my time and money. I have had no choice but to go somewhere else.

Great bedside manner and relaxed enviroment

Booked a couples treatment today for our anniversary. Took time off from work, arranged child care, but turns out the booking was never made. All that was said was sorry. We have been there at least 10 times before which were all great, but this bad experience overshadows them all. Very Disappointing!
