Customer service training with Aha training was a great experience it has sharpened my skills to handle customers in all situations.Tyran the Trainer was coaching us employees with the goal of improving support and satisfaction among customers. The program included exercises for improving interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, crisis management, and more.After the training, there's no way I wouldn't be productive in the workplace, in fact going the extra mile, pursuing excellence, and being submissive is goal number 1 and you can apply the techniques taught in your personal life as well.This is the best training one wouldn't want to miss. ☺☺☺

The customer care training was very informative, allows us to think and act in a very professional way. Understanding that we are selling solutions to customers. We all might have known good customer service theoretically, but the facilitator demonstrates and explains and do activities that allows you to look at the situation in a customers point of view.

I've always been a very aggressive person towards customers. I cannot accept that a person cannot think practically and figure out a simple issue. Customers, to me are idiots. BUT after attending this course it has made me appreciate customers in a new light. I will most definitely try and change my attitude and understand customers issues and do my best to provide an acceptable solution . This course has been an eye opener to me Thank you Taryn

The sessions were amazing, fun and very educational. I've learned a lot from Aha. How I see things now is very different from how I used to. I also learn that whatever change I want to see in others, I must first be that change, and even if I'm not receiving the same treatment back, I must continue to do good for my own benefits. Be calm at all times.
