For two years now I've been purchasing my electrical needs from here, I prefer voltax Montana coz I get 110% customer service there. It's simple I go to the store with no attitude and I recieved service with no attitude.

Precisely the same experience as Jennifer van Niekerk, when the manager also the owner was approached he wasn't a lot of help and when I stormed out, he was laughing with his staff, pathetic business!!!

No service. Staff talk to each other and does not assist customers at all, not even acknowledge walk in customers. Best to move your stock to the floor for customers to help them self then to wait for nobody to even attempt to sell your stock. Pathetic

Wish Google allowed a 0 star rating. Hope this shop goes that same route as Dion wired and other franchises that went down the drain. The staff get their salaries and screw the customer service. Rather go to the owner operated electrical businesses. There they won't allow the same attitude from their employees.This Voltex is an insult to the retail industry.
