Terrible online service. ordered a blanket on the 17th of April and it is the 5th of May and I still have not received it. Do not waste your money.

Homechoice customer service is pathetic, I placed an order after changing my address on my profile, only to find out a week later, you need to send POA to change your profile. Call center agents put me on hold forever and no one can help! Save yourself the trouble of dealing with their bad service and rather buy from other reputable stores that sell the same or even better quality

Absolutely pathetic service. First and last order I will ever place on them.Placed an order and paid online - received a thank you for the order and payment notification. 2 days later received an e-mail not paid yet - suddenly they can't allocate the payment. Send the proof of payment - still can't allocate it. How is it possible I have paid online from their website.Customer care transfers me processing, processing is transferring me back - Playing Jo-Jo between incompetent departments.Phone again, ask to please speak to a supervisor - sorry I can't transfer your call, I am working from home - what a joke!!This is really pathetic - And all I want is an update on my order

Homechoice got quality and attractive home stuff. Their products are well arranged to be seen and felt quickly. Helpful customer representatives.Finally, the lovely aesthetic they got in there.

Service is really good any situated in a less crazy neighborhood

I bought from these people ONCE, I did not ask for further marketing, yet they HARRASS me every single day of the week, with unsolicited telemarketing calls. I will NEVER SUPPORT THEM AGAIN.

I hate homechoice because they are bugging me with so many calls/SMSs every day! It's frustrating.Despite advising them not to offer me any products, they still insist on calling me even over weekends when I'm resting.

It was refreshing I liked the fact that there wasn't a person following you around the shop and rush you to buy when you haven't taken a good look at their products and their displays I felt like I was in a house with many rooms

The worst customer service... The staff is not friendly I had to wait for 45min to collect my order only to find out the security showed me the wrong queue

I ordered a bed from HomeChoice 24 April and nothing yet from the company. Whenever i tried to call them to enquire the drop the phone. This company will call you constantly to make an order, once order is made. They dont process it and ignore your caĺls. Bad customer service
