Flight center has been inefficienct we've lost thousands due to them and they respond after days. Please be very careful when booking through them. Service is 5% out 100%. Preferably book through the airways direct as they cannot help you much.

Very disappointing in Flight Centre's service. Twice I had to return home because Cradle Stone branch made mistakes because they did not assist me. They were vey unprofessional. Twice my wife, stage 4 cancer, had to come and pick me up the airport at night because they could not do their job. Bruce assisted me to solve the first time, the second time I was told to go home and until they find me another fligh.
