This company is an absolute JokeThey are huge scammers selling damaged goods and the staff are worse than helpfulI have being trying to get my table exchanged for 5 months as they sold me a scratched table.Amanda from the Durban warehouse keeps telling me for 5 months that they still waiting for stock. Shameful company will never deal with them or recommend them.They will close down soon for thier bad customer services

What a terrible experience I’ve had from Essops! They sold me a defective couch, and it’s been 5 months since I lodged my first complaint and no one has attended to it. Riaz from the Galleria store has made many empty promises that he would send a team to come have a look at the couch, but I’m still waiting. Essops has a WhatsApp number which is frankly useless…I’ve texted numerous times and the only responses I got was to either send an email or to speak to the Galleria branch. I feel stuck now as I don’t know who to escalate my complaint to and I feel robbed because I paid R23k for a defective item. Essops is just terrible!
