The customer service is useless. They play on their phones and when we ask for assistance then we get nothing

This store is a mess. Walked in tills were not even started up. Proceeded to make payment on my account then all off a sudden the system can not print my receipt and now my account is flagged as unpaid. Honestly. Had they actually opened the tills before opening the store this would not have been the case.
