Maybe I visited on a bad day? And maybe it didn't not help that the restaurant was more or less empty. But the atmosphere at Polpetta was certainly not what I expected. It felt more like a waiting area in a small airport than an Italian restaurant. However, the staff was friendly and engaging, but the good they delivered was not that good. Nothing wrong with it, just average and boring. I also did not like that the menu was full of upsell options" - possibly needed as the menu was not expensive. After all

I skipped out on the terrible service at the Italian Club and head to this spot not too far away. Amazing Service, great management, great food, so an overall great experience. I can not wait to go back to try more of their food.

We hosted a 40th birthday get together for my sister. The restaurant was so accommodating in allowing us to put up our own decorations. We had a private area so we could still abide by COVID-19 protocols while still enjoying our time there. They were extremely patient and helpful. The food was amazingly delicious - a large variety to choose from. The ambiance is chilled and the restaurant itself is very spacious. The service is amazing and we definitely will be returning.

The staff are brilliant with kids. Not too loud and tables are not on top of each other either. Lasagne, Mexicana, Roberto and Veal are absolutely stunning!

Very good. Service, food, and atmosphere were excellent. Even when full, everything is space out nicely, so it does not feel crowded enough waiters to still provide good service. Food is delicious and well prepared. Pasta and pizza are their specialties, and you can't go wrong.

This is Polpetta’s new venue - has been for a while now; they used to be at 90° shopping centre.The venue is spectacular with options for both inside or outside seating with a view of the northern suburbs. There is plenty of parking and it is wheelchair accessible.We had the fillet steak which was cooked to perfection with the perfect flavour of smokiness.Their large pizza oven is quite something to behold and they’ve put a lot of effort into the décor.Service was friendly and efficient too despite it being quite busy.Booking is essential on weekends.This is a popular venue for all and rightly so!We make a point of visiting when we’re in the area.

Good that we order is normally good. Must have been an off day because the pizza that we ordered was full of hair. They tried to tell me that it was mushroom. Very disturbed
