Bought a bed from this company. Called to complain and my husband visited the store. A Ziyad not sure if this name is correct as the guy has a terrible twang was absolutely rude and refused to help. I asked whether he will be able to trace my invoice on their system. He blankly refused. He said that I need to email my bank statement or invoice. His tone on the phone is arrogant and rude.I asked him a question. If I was flooded and my documents were destroyed will he have the same attitude. His reply was I cannot assist without the documents. I then told him that I am going to review the service. His reply was that he is fine with that and he does not care. Really in these trying times a person has an arrogant attitude. I have bought items from Bawas furniture and Sedgars and have never received service like this Absolutely unacceptable

The guy said free delivery ... and then he said pay 200 for delivery. When asked he said we were joking ....??? His name is mentioned in other reviews of the place on Google Search

As per thier website, they are open on Sundays , that is not true, got there last week Sunday at 9.40am, they were closed
