I would like to commend the staff at this store. I am proud to say I got really really good service from all the staff in the store. Even observing them deal with other customers whilst I waited, they were professional and helpful in every way. One of the items I bought was damaged, but the staff dealt with it in such a professional way, without making me feel that I could have been at fault, which is something rare these days. Well done to all

Has been struggling to get parts for our shower we bought at the Randburg branch. They were of no help. Raymond at the Strubens Valley branch was able to assist and go the extra mile. Very happy with their service.

The Strubens Vallet branch has been great every time I have been there. Have renovated 3 houses recently, so have visited the store a jumber of times and they have been helpful and friendly each time without fail.
