Not happy at all. Waited almost forever for the delivery to arrive. On arrival my wife paid the amount in full but didn't even receive half of the order. This is not the first time. Didn't order steers for a long time. Will not bother with your franchise again.

Steers has gone to the gutters. See photos of what I ordered and what I got. Taking the items back, the manager" did offer a replacement but I am still waiting for an apology. What a shame!!"

Pathetic service when ordering online. You don't get what you ordered. Delivery takes very long. You pay for things you don't get. Part of order left behind. Please send the person relaying the online orders for reading lessons. I order 2x per week from Steers..... tonight was my last

Not happy. Wait nearly 2hrs for delivery. When I phoned finaly to find out whats happening with the order, it was a total chaos around the order. Got it about 20min after the call, 7 burgers and chips. Chips was horrible, total waist of money. Everything was cold. Not a call centre order.

Staff at least have the decency and in a friendly manner communicated and apologized that order could not be processed (after I phoned an hour before ) due to loadshedding.

I'm absolutely appalled at your service! Stop with the call centre nonsense and let us just phone the branches directly! I placed an order an hour ago through your call centre at the for the Three Rivers branch, 30min ago I thought let me just phone to see if the order is ok only to be told that the order was never placed! So I had to replace my order and now have to hope and pray I receive it before the branch closes at 19:00!I normally order through the app but that's been down so often lately! It's very frustrating!
