The most unprofesional service. Attitude of its not me". Dispatcher drops phone on you when you are still talking. Wait for hours and the response is every time within the next half an hour. Within the next half an hour. Fits a geyser which is already leaking. Then has to install another. Would not recommend At Hoc Plumbers at all"

Pathetic! Phoned them the 23rd at 07:00 and 08:00. Waited the whole day. No one showed up. At 17:00 phoned again and they had no record of my call. Made an appointment with them for today and even phoned yesterday to confirm this appointment. Wasted the whole day waiting again. No one showed up.

Absolutely pathetic service. Lady is extremely rude. These people will literally drop the call on you. I don't know how they still have a contract with outsurance. They are the quickest to shift blame and it's never their fault. I am waiting 4 weeks now for them to complete a job. You will call them weekly and get a promise to call you back which never happens. I will be canceling my policy at outsurance solely based in this pathetic service from. Their service providers
