I bought a car radio a month ago from hi-fi corporation that was not working and they refuse to give my money back and also discovered that the radio was on display At the time when I purchased it and the only thing they’re telling me that I should have brought it back within 14 days because it wasn’t working and I stated the lady that I did not have time given that I have to go to work every dayPlease do not purchase anything from them because they will fail to take accountability for that faulty product

No one seems to work there or care to give you assistance. Wouldn't go there again

Just the worst experience ever. The managers are bad, the service is bad, I'd rather pay more for better service

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The staff is slow when it comes to attending to customers, the people in sales are constantly being interrupted by other staff whilst attending to you and there is always some issue with the system.I went to the store on five different occasions trying to buy a camera but, 'the system is down' or I would go through the entire credit application process only to be told that the system crashed.Terrible service, terrible processes, terrible store. The cheaper prices aren't even worth it and I will never shop at HiFi ever again.

Absolutely shocking service. Online order was delayed and reflected a status of delivered". No update or communications. Instead I had to contact Hi Fo cord via Facebook- no progress after sending my details. I called the Fourways shop that processed my order. Absolutely rude service attendants. No respectful manner of speaking to people Mpho Mokoena is absolutely rude and gets a zero for customer service ratings.I'm done with purchasing anything from Hi Fo corp."

This store sells demo and damaged items without communicating with the customer. And the fact that I will have to go a week/s without the fridge makes me mad. Now my food will have to go to waste.

The staff didn't know if there were other stock available ..Specifying to give a 5 star rating ,but when I returned the next day again ,the question at door was ,you are back again ?Customer centric training necessary .IG was the name .

I wish to complain about non transparency given to me when purchasing my Lenovo Laptop. I was told that it had Windows 11 on it but not that it didn’t have word and now find out that it’s only valid for 30 days. I was told that it had a 3 year warranty only to find out that this warranty is not covered by Lenovo but Premier. My surname only invoice is House my surname is Mortimer. I have more issues with this purchase. I’m in store and find the present manager very unhelpful. I’ve asked him to get the area manageress Gabriella to call me but the store manager wrote my cell number on a scrap of paper so have my doubts this will happen. I don’t want to mention names but would like someone to discuss this far from acceptable service. Thanks Wendy

After driving to Fourways Hifi, they were out of stock on a fridge advertised on their website, and their response was just we are out of stock. I feel they could have made some effort to track availability with other branches, but that's a huge ask.

Limited supply of stock and brands and average pricing if not more expensive compared to other stores. Friendly staff. Not wheelchair friendly.
