It is very rarely that you find a hidey hole that has the ambiance, weather, wine, people, nature and fly fishing which you have in Rhodes, the residents become like valued family and it is difficult to leave this gratifying place, we were helped by Jill and Fred Steynberg who found nothing to difficult to arrange, Walkerbouts gave us great pizza, the hotel serves a good meal and is great for company. The fishing from Line casters, Fred Steynberg is of the best in the world. Expect to catch plenty. The roads into Rhodes from Barkley East are dirt and somewhat of a challenge in places but well worth it. The time spent in nature cannot be under played, if you don't have this treasure on your bucket list... Just do it
