I'm still so amazed by Cares jewellery staff,I went to them after I lost hope where my late husband bought me a watch for my Christmas present,my watch was still on gourantee and it became loose and it kept on falling,this watch is so sentimental to me since it was my last present from my husband.Consultants at Stern's where my husband bought it told me straight to my face they don't do repairs in December I must come after festive season I left with disappointment I stepped in Cares jewellery it was very busy full of customers the gentleman that I asked if they can fix my watch for me took it and fixed it within a minute.Thank you to Uitenhage staff that Brought a smile in my face after a tragedy of losing my husband so sudden and this watch is bringing comfort in my heart.

No People Personality at all bad experience on Saturday with the younger Lady. The ring I wanted to fix is not a ring that was picked up it is my heart and soul of 18 years... Shaime on you.... My Ring got heard not by negligence but it was a accident. You dont have any people skills. I will never ever refer some one to you again.Poor Service
