One of the worst experiences in my life! Avoid them as far as possible, unreliable and dishonest. Kamini told me the vehicle was ready for collection after follow-up for a week, travelled especially from Gauteng to collect the vehichle, on arrival the vehicle was not ready, then accused me of lying. The service manager Ismail, told the mechanic infront of me to patch the waterpipe to get the customer out of here, after I told them Im traveling to Gauteng with the vehicle. The staff from mechanic, receptionist and service manger complained they were understaffed, very negative. Also damage the vehicle's bonnet after refitting it. Must mention the mechanic at the bottom workshop, who is the only person apart from a cleaner in the complete building tried his best to assit me. All in all a terrible four weeks experience, would not recommend them for sweeping a floor.
