Thornvalley Estate

I have being doing weekly work at Thornvalley estate for the past 7 years. There is no stability with the security aspects. There are changes on a monthly basis which doesn’t make sense. Is it possible I can get a permanent code or card to make my life easier. I used to get a code sent to me but it was random without reason. I sense a lack of knowledge and professionalism on behalf of the committee.Regards Cliff Thomas

Don't bother yourself Greenstone Hill never has electricity, there are always power outages and frequent water shortages

I purchase a stand in the estate when development first started and I have seen many changes through the years. It has become a beautiful estate and the gardens and properties are well maintained.Security is excellent and 24 7 has been a good service provider for many years, with mostly friendly and competent staff. Very responsive when alarms go off.It is also a very safe place for children to play.So much so that over the years the safety aspects for me has become too much. Too many speed humps, and signage now litter the estate.I am also concerned about the amount of cameras going up to, what I feel, is to police the estate. As every time I have had incidents of damage on my property from people cutting over the curb on the corner and damaging my sprinkler system, the cameras suddenly are not working, and I am unable to find the culprits.The estate management by outsource company Austin Burn and Associated for me is the only negative. Very controlling.
