1. I made an appointment a week in advance, when I got to the salon they told me they don't have the fiber, I had to go all the way there to only find out there's no fiber for the hairstyle I want. They could have told me that during the week or the day before even but nope I had to find out when I got there.2. So I decide to do another hairstyle of the fiber they have" didn't the hairstylist start scraping for fiber in the middle of my hair being done because they've run out of fiber. Other hairstylists had to also scrape in their drawers for fiber for me to be finished.3. The hairstylist was extremely slow

I had read negative reviews but against my better judgement I went. This salon doesn't care about the customer experience.I made a booking using the link on their IG profile. Then texted the WhatsApp number to confirm, I was blue ticked. I texted again, then I was told Sorry

When you come to this salon always make sure you have more money than the prices shown on their page because they always have these extra costs that come out of nowhere which they never even communicate with you. When you go pay after they’ve done your hair you get the biggest most unpleasant surprise. This happened to me twice and now I have decided I’m never ever going back

My first experience in November 2022 was great. Small did a neat job, and she was gentle when washing and detangling my hair. Yesterday's experience however was horrifible, the salon prides itself as a knotless braiding salon, but my braids are all knotted. When I pointed it out to the stylist she said it's because i don't have enough hair around the edges, but funny enough after pointing it out she did it right even by the edges and then said she will take the knotted ones out. But she was in such a rush to finish she didn't even. The salon (Centurion branch) is not bad, but you might be assigned someone who just wants to finish quick though you are the one paying for the service.

My experience was underwhelming. 1. I arrived at 15:00 left the saloon at 20:30 pm. Mind you I was doing short braids and it seemed like the lady was Learning but non of the other girls tried to even assist. Almost half of the ladies there were coughing and sneezing then they block with their palms of the hands and continued planting with them not washing their hands(this was scary, come with your mask and sanitizer just to be safe.) O I didn't think their page told us that they don't take card payments they allow that cash send function (suspicious because the amount of money they make they can afford a paypoint machine or maybe they just don't want to pay their taxes.

I booked an appointment for 8am, arrived at 7:40 only for the stylist to start doing my hair at 9:20. She was so slow, kept chatting and checking her phone. The hairdressers are so loud, chatting away in a foreign language. I was irritated and not sure if I’d go back. Salon is super messy, hair all over the floor, gum stuck under reception desk. A no from me

My experience at Gifted hands Pretoria was not as awesome .The stylists just look at you as if you are lost,do not greet .Tsitsi is a great front dest officer as she smiles at you or maybe was the fact I had just done my nails week beforeNyari was my stylist ,she was not gently when detangling ,kindly give a person with natural hair the detangling .The were running a special of R750,no mention of the length nor the type of hairpiece .You are then asked to choose the hairpiece and the length now it moves to R1100,then you are asked how thin you would like them and my choice it moves to R1300The environment of the salon is super noisy, the girls speak in shona which is not crime bit the are all on top of their voices .A salon is a place where one would like to relax their minds .my hair was started at 09h00 only for me to finish around 20h30.the rest of the stylist dint want to help when freeSeems to be no team workI would suggest the salon be specific when it come to specials (prices )A big thank you to charmaine(the nail tech) for helping out otherwise woild have walked out of the at 00h00My hair is plainted very neatly but i doubt i would put myself under that treatment ever again.
