The place looks absolutely amazing, the interior is gorgeous. The disappointment is the staff and the service offered by the establishment. Zero professionalism, zero sense of urgency, staff prioritizes conversing amongst themselves than paying attention to customers. A can of coke took 15 minutes to arrive at my table because the waitress was busy chatting with her colleague. When my partner said he no longer wants the coke, they just laughed and kept conversing. Food was cold, my steak was well done when I had asked for it to be medium. So dissatisfied with the place because it has so much potential but the staff could be it's down fall

My experience and meals at Vinnys always exceeds my expectations,from the waiters to the kitchen staff makes the experience worth while,only challenge is the food takes a bit long to prepare after you've placed your order,but when it comes its always worth the wait.

The food is amazing just a very very very bad service if the service was good I'd be there every weekend but the waiters are super lazy for there job but for the food 5 stars and also very affordable food

The waiters/waitresses are slow. The kitchen staff clearly do not know what extras their menu offers and management clearly does not care when customers leave complaint notes behind their bills. I was there last week and left a long complaint with my contact details but nobody has even attempted to make contact with me.

No one was welcoming me. A lady at a table while eating said ...you can come in and have a seat...the waitress was not very friendly...maybe she was just tired. No sauces were given. Even with her mask on she could have sounded friendly...food was ok...

Staff is unprofessional, having their own conversations while guests are waiting for to be attended to .Food was very coldI'm a chef and I know it can get busy in the kitchen but if it's a quiet day you can't expect people to wait a whole 45 minutes on their food .I would not recommend this place and I also will not be going there again

definitely would not recommend. waiting time for food was an hour and 15 minutes, waited another hour for the bill. they had an amateur waitress on the floor and she was working alone. food was terrible and they only had orange juice. no one even apologized for the delay.
