Working with Muller Architects team is a wonderful experience from start to finish. From a builder’s perspective, they add an amazing twist to what most clients anticipate. He does a great job of listening to the client’s needs, and then impressively puts their dreams into effect on paper. His designs are totally logical, however, his outside of the box thinking gives each client a truly custom house. No two projects are the same. During construction, Mr Muller and his team are extremely accessible and helpful with the inevitable problems that arise along the way.

Very professional and lovely work

Muller Architecture are true professionals, whose design sense trumps other architects. When it comes time to build, all of the necessary details are on the plans. They work closely with the client all through the entire process and always have the best interests of the client in mind.

We saw his information on procompare and we thought he is legit. 24th of October 2020 we paid him 50% of his quote to have our plans approved.He promised us that he will have our plans approved before December 2020 holidays. We waited until January when we asked him what's going on.He then said our plans are at Tshwane council in Cullinan. We trusted him until Feb 2021 we realized that what he was saying is not adding up, when we contacted him he said we must pay him another R6750 to his account we were reluctant until he convinced us and we paid the money then a few days he said we must pay another R6879, 60 to his account so he can pay Tshwane again we were reluctant until he convinced us.TO OUR SURPRISE WHEN WE WENT TO TSHWANE THEY TOLD US THEY NEVER RECEIVED OUR PLANS EVEN THE R6879. 60 IT'S NOT IN THEIR SYSTEMS.A PROFESSIONAL ARCHITECT DID NOT KNOW THAT HE WAS SUPPOSE TO TAKE OUR PLANS TO HOA TO BE STAMPED.HE NEVER SUBMITTED OUR PLANS TO BE APPROVED.HE WENT TO TSHWANE IN AUGUST 2021TO HAND SDP FILE, WHAT HAPPENED FROM OCTOBER 2020 TO NOW.TSHWANE WAS SUPRISED THAT A PROFESSIONAL ARCHITECT FROM LAST YEAR HE HASN'T HAD OUR PLANS AND WHY DID HE MAKE US PAY TO TSHWANE??MULLER ARCHITECT TOOK ADVANTAGE OF US AND THERE IS NO REMORSE. WE ARE PARENTS OF 4, RETRENCHED AND OUR HOUSE WOULD HAVE BEEN DONE IN APRIL AND WE WOULD HAVE MOVED IN, IN MAY. WHEN WE TOLD HIM IN OCTOBER 2021 THAT HE IS COSTING US MONEY HE SAID TO US OUR LIFESTYLE CHOICES ARE NOT HIS PROBLEM. WE ARE SPENDING MONEY ON RENT MULLER!WE HAVE EMAILS TO PROVE.WE THEN SUGGEST THAT HE LEAVES THE PLANS AT TSHWANE SO WE CAN DO THEM OURSELVES AS WE DID WITH HOA, HE WAS REFUSING UNTIL HE DROPPED OFF THE SDP FILE AND PLANS WITHOUT PAPER WORK.WE HAD TO HIRE ANOTHER ARCHITECT.MULLER ARCHITECT TOOK R18000 FROM US FROM OCTOBER 2020 TO OCTOBER 21ST 2021.WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK. WE HAVE TAKEN THIS MATTER TO SACAP AND WE LAID A COMPLAINT AT AN AGENCY WHERE WE FIND HIM AND THERE IS A BRIEF REVIEW UNDER HIS NAME.R18000 IS A LOT OF MONEY AND PROFESSIONAL ARCHITECTS DELIVERS WITHIN TWO MONTHS NOT A YEAR.
