The service I received from Lorenzo DK Wirless was excellent - I had a problem with internet speed on the lower level of my house and he organised for a technician to come out on a Sat morning - installed another router in the lower level which corrected the internet speed I was paying for. Lorenzo followed up twice after to check whether I was happy with the result. Must say I have generally had excellent service from DK Wireless and would recommend them to anybody looking to install internet in their homes on the West Coast.

When we were looking for an internet provider DK wireless was mentioned more then onceWe never did regret moving to DK wireless, and actually we never had a problemOver the weekend a silly mistake happened and one of the routers was reversed to factory settings messing up quite a bit of the 4 router set upAn email was sent to DK w and at 8 am sharp Lorenzo contacted meHe did assist and help with resetting the system till it worked as before againFull 10/10 marks for his patience and determination to get the problem fixedBy the way we still have the antenna system and not the fiber

Having seen the good reviews I wanted to go with them as service provider when fibre was installed at my house. However I needed to clarify some matters and wanted to speak to a technical support guy. First they were going to call me back but after two days I called again. They then told me a technician will visit me today. Good!!! Then later they called to confirm my address and said the person should be here at around 10am. He did not come and when I called they told me they don't do that!!! Absolutely shocking and really pathetic service!!!

Up to date the services has been excellent. I would like to thank Lorenzo for his technical assistance. I have the 500mbps line and I run at full speed. He assisted me in upgrading my systems. Their communication on WhatsApp is such a great way to communicate with your ISP. Would recommend everyone to use this local ISP. 10 stars
