I started Spanish lessons with Slade in June this year and within a very short time was actually able to speak Spanish. Slade is a very inspiring teacher who constantly motivates his students. I find the voice notes to be a very helpful tool in the learning process. The classes are fun with lots of laughs and insights into the Spanish speaking countries and the different ways of communicating. I would recommend these classes to anyone who wants to learn quickly in a fun and relaxed environment.

Taking Spanish classes here has been one the best things I have ever done. Slade is the epitome of someone who does something they were meant to do, he is an excellent teacher! I thoroughly enjoyed the three months of the beginner’s course, looked forward to every session.The quality of the content and methodology of teaching got me so excited to travel to a Spanish speaking nation and test it out! I highly recommend this school; I for one can’t wait to start the advanced course :)

Joining the Spanish Academy for lessons is hands down one of the best decisions I've ever made. Slade has made this language so accessible. If learning Spanish was made any easier it would be cheating.I love his approach to teaching and his positive, encouraging and nurturing nature. He is a teacher and a mentor to all his students. This was an excellent course! I can truly reccomend this class to anyone that would like to learn Spanish. Slade is a naturally gifted teacher that not only makes the course entertaining but brings out the best from his students.Learning a new language certainly seems like a mountain to climb but by trusting and buying into Slade's teaching process, the task is very possible. My sister and I had a phenomenal experience and were extremely surprised by how much we retained and could speak after the beginners course. We cannot wait for the advanced course!

I took private lessons with Slade a few months prior to moving to Central America. Slade is an outstanding teacher and has developed an excellent method of teaching. He knows exactly how the brain works with languages.
