HiFi Corp N1 City

Bought a Hi sense fridge/freezer delivered Monday had a few dents returned the same day. I contacted the store Tuesday to query next delivery time, spoke to Lolu, who never returned my call, called again, Lolu said the Manager Danny will call, no call. The communication and service is disgusting. I call again today Wednesday, call was transferred to a manager no pick up...My refrigerated goods are all going off.

I was there 2 days ago with my cousin and he wasn't assisted, there was no one by customer service. He bought earphones and they were damaged so he had to bring them back they said they will take them for repairs so it's been 2 months now no one is helping when he goes to the store. But the security guard by the door was so helpful. Thank you Sis

The store hardly answers its phone, and it's incredibly difficult to get through to customer care. Overall a poor and frustrating experience with a product issue, which still hasn't been resolved.

The lack of communication and chain of service at this branch is completely flawed. From the sales person to the delivery company. There is absolutely no communication from the store to the customer. No communication amongst the staff and delivery company. Also, when somebody is off from work there is nobody to assist the customer. The staff takes no responsibility. This store and it's staff needs some major customer service and communication training. A bad review is a gift. This store clearly does not know what that means. The store has the attitude of I've got your money. The rest will sort itself out". Unacceptable."

I have never experienced such poor customer service in a store before, only the security guard acknowledges you when you walk in, no staff on the floor and when one comes out and there are only 3 customers in the store they still walk past you without acknowledgment you have to go to the till and wait for someone there to arrive to ask for them to get someone to assit you. Once i was finally acknowledged and asked for what I was looking for after standing there for 15 mins the salesman tells me that they only have the display monitor in stock and I said that if I get the same warranties on it I will take it he then in turn said that I will have to wait for the manager to confirm. Its like I was begging them to take my money. Eventually after waiting another 5-10 mins To find out if I could buy it I eventually walked out and actually bought a monitor from incredible connections right next door for a better price and way better service was in and out in 5 mins and they were way busyier then Hifi Corp. I really can't believe that there doors are still open as when I got back to work and told my co workers about the service they already said that they have experienced the same. Well the way that the staff do things In that store I don't foresee that they will be open for much longer.Poor poor service would have given no stars if that was an option.

I tried calling the store 7times now and some one picks up phone and drops it. than i tried again a lady picked up not telling me her name and calls for SIYA. This is highly disrespecting callers i never expected some thing like that from this store. It really is a shame that HiFI Corp don't do price beat.

Went to the store to buy two large printers. The store had no trolleys. One of the support staff tried to source one from another store but got told off and then had to chirp me about she is doing me a favour trying to find me trolley and it is not her job. Managed to lugged two large boxes to my car until I eventually found a trolley a few meters away from the exit. I would expect given the amount of money I just spend on two printers, the least somebody could have done is source a trolley or at best help me carry it to my car.

N1 city store is one of the worse places to go will not recommend going there at all. Was there on the weekend, walked into the store I had to go look for one of the sales people for assistance. Phoned and asked them do they have stock of a samsung washing machine the sales guy said yes they have two in stock, drove all the way from southern suburbs to get there not even the right washing machine. You need to maybe train your sales team on products as the sales guy did not even know what he was talking about. The store was dirty and unorganized.

Terrible terrible service. We bought a VX Gaming Controller from them, it never worked. On return they told us to wait an hour for the controller to charge before they could reimburse us. Who has the time of day to wait for you to be good at your job? Please man. I was going to buy a fridge there soon but no. Never returning.

Experienced very good service today on looking for and purchasing a sandwich press for my dad for Father's day.Qonita Effendi, your customer service is excellent! Thank you so much!
