It's a very nice store with some renovations going on for indoor shooting. The assistance is usually very good, but you sometimes get the feeling that the products they push are just because that is the flavour of the month.Prices are a little higher than smaller shops, but they've always had stock of anything I was looking for.

Very poor service at the Optics department. Paid for a Vortex Diamond back 10x42 and agreed with the salesman to have it shipped from PTA for my birthday (5 days ahead of that day). After 2 weeks, 3 promises of the binoculars being on the way" and "shipping overnight" and a drive to collect

If you want the widest range of adventure gear, hunting supplies or rifle optics, SAFARI OUTDOOR is the place to go. I had the good fortune to work with Monique and she made sure the order went smoothly. There is a bit of a delay in dispatching but they did inform me about that. So happy with my Vortex Venom scope. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone.

OK I guess. Service reasonable. Ammunition and reloading components always in short supply. Website stock and in store stock seldom matches. Can just as well shut down the website.
