What a disaster this store is. The brochure states items that are on special and when arriving at the store it is not available (this is not the first time)The door is closed due to not enough staff available to assist, when a staff member does assist you....... it is a matter of...... does the staff member know what you are requesting(not very knowledgeable of what stock is in the store).Staff member does not even offer to order the items for you.Drove a distance and contended with traffic to get to this store..... Walked out with nothing.What a waste of time.

Large variety of products in such a small place. Prices are reasonable and staff are pleasant team with good product knowledge and are always willing to go the extra mile to assist

Definitely family run as it is quaint and packed to the brim. They were however very helpful and even offered to install my items at no extra cost. More than I can say about Midas Ballito.Decent pricing and friendly staff make it a pleasant visit for car bits and bops.

A few new staff members and they know a bit more. Some of the old staff members don't know what stock they have, and most of the time they say they don't have the stock even though according to their website they have the specific stock in-store.

Great place, staff are always helpful, they offered to charge and load test my dead battery. Once confirming it was dead got a replacement as easy as that. Also picked up some wiper blades.
