Great services from start to finish. If anyone would like to hear more from me then please, let me know as I only have GREAT Things to comment for Sheldon and his business. I mean he is moving and still had the time to fit me in for what I needed. He set up my DVR with hard drive, user name and showed me how to connect all. 5 stars is not enough for this man and business. More photos and videos to come.

Had the absolute please of dealing with Sheldon and his team at Easy CCTV. I called late Friday afternoon (3:30) and requested an urgent quote as i wanted 8 cameras installed before i leave for a business trip the following Saturday. Half an hour later i had a quote i could not refuse compared to others received and by Monday afternoon all was professionally installed and working with mobile access, which is exactly what i wanted. Great job guys refreshing to deal with a business that still takes pride in what they do!!

I had cameras installed by Sheldon's team and everything went smoothly but my cameras stopped working and I have been contacting Sheldon with no luck. I have sent numerous messages since the 4th, have called but no response and an email. This is a stark difference from the service I got before I made the payment, my calls were promptly answered. The last post on Facebook states that they will be re-opening at the beginning of January but still no response. I'm not even sure what is happening. Really frustrating and poor after sales service.

Neat job. Trustworthy. On time. Good customer relations and wonderful service delivery. Conscientious. Good quotes compared to the others I contacted. Sheldon explains his work comprehensively and answers questions to my satisfaction. I’d contract them again. Would recommend them to other people. Their main guy who installed cameras was also diligent.

The installation was good but there were a few challengers that was resolved. However 2 weeks later one of my cameras stopped working and Sheldon ignored my messages and calls to fix or even come out to look at the problem. After sales service is poor and disappointing.

Excellent customer service experienced. Very trustworthy, professional and friendly. Sheldon keeps you informed of the process , including arrival times. The equipment is installed as agreed and looks tidy. One of the best service provides I've ever come in contact with and that delivers.
