Lake Pleasant Chalets and Lodges
Lovely views, lovely timber chalets. A gravel road that leads to the beach. The timber chalets have their own alarm systems that can be activated and deactivated with ease. The chalets are also serviced everyday or as requested. Private swimming pool for the timber chalets and another one for the rest of the resort. The personnel are friendly and helpful.

We visited some time back with the kids for the first time. We stayed in the self catering timber cottages. Literally quite pleasant.

Lovely grass and trees with friendly and helpful staff. Big bonus is dog friendly park. Close to Sedgfield and not to far from Knysna. Bumpy gravel road down to beach with amazing towering sandstone cliffs. Nice surfing spot.

Lake Pleasant Chalets and Lodges
We've just spent 11 days at one of the Lake Pleasant Lodges and it was superb. Neat, clean, sunny, private and spacious. Our 4 year old loved the play area and swimming pool. We also enjoyed being so close to the Groenvlei beach (although you'd have to have a 4 x 4 or beefy SUV to drive on the road to the beach). The staff were fantastic! Nothing too big or too small and excellent attention to detail! Thank you Stuart and your great team! We'd love to return!
