BACKSTORY:In 2019 my car got damaged after paint from the water pipe above the bay I park it. I told the property management (Redcon Property Management) about this and the long and short is that they'd refused to fix it. Unfortunately, there was ANOTHER leakage (in 2021) from the pipe and again my car got damaged. In hindsight I'm glad it didn't get fixed then because I'd have LOST my mind!.Anyway, after coming to the realisation that Redcon wont' fix it, I went on and reached out to my insurer Discovery Insure (the best insurer - according to ME) and they found me a panel beater close to me - SteiMar.REPAIR STORY:I took my car in on Monday, 26 April 2021 and my car was ready today, Wednesday, 05 May 2021. If you consider that there was a public holiday this is a great turnaround time.SteiMar uses a digital tool that keeps you updated about the progress of the car, from beginning to end, and if you want to check in on progress you will be given an update. In my case Carmen answered the phone the day I wanted to find out the precise date it would be ready for collection. She literally got back to me in a short space of time. Which I found super impressive! And was grateful.Also, Thandi (I hope I've not gotten the name wrong) the receptionist is very welcoming and friendly. She gave me forms to sign and talked me through the warranty etc.I believe the owner is Jason and he's very hands on from what I gathered. On the day I dropped off the car he was the one who assessed it and even on collection day he gave another assessment and talked me through the process. Sidenote: SteiMar mixes it's own paint inhouse this ensures that they get the colour as close as possible to the original.My car looks brand new. I was so self-conscious driving around with that terrible white residue. And it didn't help when people would point it out (argh).Also, the nice part is how the car got a FULLL wash (Valet) ohhhhh that was such a nice touch!I showed my friends and family the photos and they say it looks brand new.I am extremely happy! I have other issues on the car that I need to get fixed and I will definitely take it to them.You won't be disappointed taking your car in to SteiMar.Thank you Carmen, Thandi, and Jason. A well deserved 5 stars. Excellent communication, excellent service from everyone in the company. I even had a minor issue. The technician came back, took it into the workshop and repaired it on the spot.I highly recommend them.They repaired my Hyundai through my insurance company.

Incredible service received from start to finish. At no point did I need to ask for an update or feedback, I received consent updates with the progress of work done. Their attention to detail is amazing to say the least. Will definitely recommend people to make use of their services and skills.
