What a lovely experience! I bought a little USB fan at PnP yesterday and emailed Nu-World asking for more info on a few points. Brian answered very quickly and was such a delight to interact with. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks again Brian! Can I also say, the fan is plugged into my laptop right now and this little thing packs a breezy punch.

They don’t open on Saturday”s that is short sight in their model of business, Who will cater for a busy man who works Monday to Friday who looks forward to doing business on a Saturday?

Very friendly and helpful staff. It's definitely the place to go when looking to either repair or replace parts on your kitchen appliances. One down side is they don't have a card machine so bring cash

Terrible service at the head office. Needed to purchase a replacement battery. Every time I contacted them the price of the item increased exponentially... until eventually I had to contact their Cape Town branch where the service was exceptional

We took a speaker in for repair & was told that they need a week for assessment & a week to repair!! No contact received after more than a week!! Phoned told what the problem is & told they will phone us when repaired!! Over 3 weeks later we phone & told ready for collection!!on collection told they dont accept card payments & had to go to a dangerous Caltex garage to draw cash at the atm!! Reception was great but nothing else was client friendly!! Let's see how the repair goes??

Bad service. When l called l was answered and told to call an hour later because the person who is to help was not there. She could not even enquire just for price of a remote. Its not a job quartation!!! I called again only to get no help and find out they displayed wrong service hours. They closed 2hrs earlier than what's on their website. Please communicate with us

Bad service the technicians don't answer calls, also left my contact details they haven't come back to me. My TV was fixed 8 months ago for backlight and screen now screen is just dark again.
