Forever New Canal Walk

Hi, ibwas looking for a dress for my daughter's mateic dance. I had already given up looking until i was passing your store and one dress cought my eye. I brought my daughter to the store and she lived it. Wore it on her big day and was so happy. I was also happy with my purchase. Thank ypu Forever New. I give you 5 golden stars

Was today at Canal walk by the shop forever new.I saw a show online and went to go buy it to find out the shop does not have my size they reffered me to Edgar's because they have a section there as well got there only to hear the staff couldn't assist me because the don't have the store room key the lady that had the key is at forever new shop like really now I go back and tell them what the story is and told me that they only have one shoe left in my size but they keeping it for someone else I am not happy with the service I got and this was my first time going there.I would not recommend this shop.I was prepared to pay for the shoe there and then only to hear they keeping it for someone else. Since when do shop's keep stuff for people

Me, my mother and future mother in law had a wonderful experience in the shop. We were assisted by a friendly lady who knew exactly what we wanted. Definitely a shop to visit, friendly service, very neat, clean and organized shop. Well done Forever New!

I called the store yesterday to enquire about their scarves i have seen online. I needed to know if they had the one in store. I spoke to Nadine - she was so helpful and friendly. They did not have the scarf i was looking for. Nadine then went the extra mile to send me pictures of what they had in store in order to save me the trip should i not like what was there. She then put aside the scarf i liked and arranged with Shameez to assist me the this morning when I collect it. Shameez was very helpful and also assisted in neatly wrapping the gift.Absolutely awesome service! Thank you so much Nadine and Shameez!

Worst experience shopping online! None of the contact numbers work, it has taken more than a week and my handbag is still not delivered. The courier company keeps putting the phone down and Forever New just doesn’t reply to emails or answer their phones.

My first time in the Canal Walk store this evening. The Sales assistant treated myself and a friend as if we were trash. Like my friend described it it was a scene straight out of the pretty woman movie". We were treated as if we couldnt effort the items in the store. I nor my friend will ever return to that store. There were 2 assistants in the store it was the one probably in charge because she authorized my first sale as we bought 3 items. Even the way she wrapped the garment was if she didnt needed or wanted the sale. I am so disgusted by this behaviour."

The Ladies at Forever New Canal Walk went out of their way to help me find the dress I wanted in my size. They are so friendly and helpful. I will definetly go back when I need another dress for a special occasion. Awesome quality and such lovely staff.

I just experienced shocking customer service. I was with my cousin helping her find matric ball dresses and had wanted to take a smaller size in a dress that she liked to the room that she was in. I greeted the fitting room lady (pictured) and told her that I was taking a different size to my cousin. I walked on and she shouted HELLO to me, gave me a very dirty look and shoved a tag at me. I saw that a different lady had done the same thing and she was treated very differently.

Amber was so lovely and helpful. She helped us find the most beautiful dresses for my bridesmaids!

Had a fantastic experience! The ladies were so helpful and friendly and could assist me with dresses for myself, my daughter & my mom!
