Actual rafting and the guides were fun and friendly.However as many comments on here already state- the owner Jaco is extremely unenthusiastic and miserable and arrogant - if you are in the customer service industry with an attitude like that get out Jaco... Sell your business to someone who actually cares about the customers and their experience...Not recommended - go somewhere else people!!

The one star is just for the owner! Jaco thanks for being so ignorant let me tell you bud this is not a boot camp so please do learn how to speak to the people some of them aren’t kids and the way you spoke to the people is unacceptable, you splash people with water but ask the kids don't water my boat! You could be glad you didn’t disrespect my family members cool cat!The staff members YOU are GREAT its because of you that people enjoy it

Instructors cannot handle a big group, very disorganized and kept on screaming at us as if we were professionals. Once in the water you are on your own and will not receive much help.

Absolutely loved it. The instructer was very friendly and funny. I had so much of fun doing the white water rafting with earth adventures. Really an amazing beautiful place.

We went for rafting on the 16/12/2022, guides were awesome with the kids, allowed them to swim, splashed them with water and took lots of pics. this time they had big boats that took more than 6 ppl, it was nice but some of us had to sit and miss out on paddling. my preference would be the 2 seaters but rather than that it was wonderful and weather was good.

Great experience for me and family. Jaco and his team is amazing and they are a lot of fun. A lot of emphasis on safety and that is how it should be...just wish the trip could have been longer
