Got our order wrong for the second time running, not sure if going back and expecting different results is the best way to go about things but, their pizza is good so unfortunately there arent many options

Very slow after they say it will be ready in 10 we waited 25 minutes and get our order long after those after us. Previous salad was lettuce and 2 tomatoes and 3 pieces cheese. Worse every visit

was the worst romans I've been to in whole of south africa. waiting times was over 30 minutes. cashier argued with me and called me a liar. i ordered 2 pizzas, one was supposed to be a thick base and one thin base and the slip even said that but the employee called me a liar. I also ordered a spicey pizza the hot one, and it had no chillies on. really dissapointed.

Bought a chicken pizza per inv 241 dated 24 June 2022 ay 18:05. After little kids munch in and complain if taste i inspect and see unusual particles. Take pizza back to shop and get told its beef.Fellow Hindus becareful of this place. They really dont see the point of the issue in the store as not culturally sensitive.

Online order takes you through whole process then at end says its unavailable . It's been a few weeks again. Peak times IE pay week the wait times is nuts. 45mins last time 25 of march .
