Best ribs in the whole of SA. Good food. Friendly waiters. Service sometime very slow depending on which waiters are on duty. When it is very busy e.g. rugby match on TV, more waiters will do wonders. Very popular restaurant amongst locals of all cultures.

Gringos offers good value for money with a seafront view. Their milkshakes are very good, definitely try the coffee shake. The Full House Breakfast is a good order if you are hungry as it offers 2 eggs, 2 slices of toast, 2 sausages, 2 rashers of back bacon, chips and mushrooms. The light house breakfast offers a half portion of everything if you are not as hungry.

Eight out of the fifteen tables in use. Three people serving but it took an hour from when I arrived for my food to arrive. A very simple order for one.

The rude and unprofessional management simply don't seem to understand that they should hire more waiting staff on busy days. I can get better value for money buying a burger at Checkes. Hats off the two efficient and friendly waiters.Second and last such experience at this establishment.

Rather not open if you are not able to staff your business properly.Older gentlemen pretending to be the owner, rude and cowardly attitude.Hats off the his colleague whose name I missed, for being a gentlemen and apologizing on behalf of his colleague and Gringos . You , sir get 5 stars ..

The waiting staff is lovely. But unfortunately the place seems to be very run down, dingy and witnessed people not enjoying the pizzas. It's very unfortunate that this place has such potential and is wasted. The floor is very dangerous, and saw an elderly man trip on the holes. Please take your reviews seriously if you want to better your business.

Driving via the coastal route from Cape Town to to Kleinmond is absolutely worth it if you end up enjoying a seafood platter for one at Gringos. This rustic place provides superb food. Wow! Food is scrumptious, super tasty, service is excellent and the view is breathtaking. Please come hungry and palate the muscle pot as a great appetizer. Enjoy the outdoors, breathe in the fresh air. Let the tranquil beauty of the sea wash over you as you are visited and even served by the owner himself. A definte must place to visit!

I have had great experiences here but things have slowed a bit recently. Usually sitting in is great, takeaways also as good as takeaway is. But this one was sad. Chips swimming in oil, ribs unexpectedly almost sauce dry . aye.
