Food was good for me but it took us (myself, my wife and her grandparents) 30+ minutes to get our cappuccino and coffee order. If you can't deliver these items within at least 10/15 minutes, please don't offer them. Was honestly embarrassing. Such nice staff that are given bad tools to do their jobs and it is probably embarrassing for them too.Wife's burger was dry, chips good.Overall a really underwhelming and disappointing experience especially since it was our last lunch with the GPs before they left the country.

Terrible service from some of the staff that works there. My waitress (when I asked her for her name said Thabo- wearing no name badge- not sure if that was her name) could barley even speak, didn’t greet, just plonked my drink on the table, didn’t even bother to open it. Almost like she was doing me a favour. She then bought my food like no care in the world. Didn’t even say thank you when I was done and gave her a tip which I should never have. Do not recommend and will never be back. As I was leaving, I told her she should show some effort in what she was doing with her customers she then said ok to me and proceeded to tell her colleague what had happened and then laughed.

Decent Irish pub, decent pub fair and beers.Food indeed takes a long time to be served. We were not in a hurry, but I can see that it can be annoying…..

The first night service was so bad even though it was empty after waiting forever to get the bill we still literally had to get up from the table to go and stand by the register to pay as we were just forgotten. The second night we were greeted and served by a bubbly young lady and that really made all the difference. The french fries are good and the chicken wings were ok, its a nice place to chill if you don't want to leave the hotel.

Went there yesterday 19th March 2023, worst service ever,waiters dont seem to know what they are doing.....waited for the food for over 45mins and when it came it was not done properly...tasteless,something meaty pizza had chunks of beef which were hard not even sure what type of meat it was.There were some British guests near us who returned their food, one the steak was hard where as the other one it was completely raw.

Didn't eat as saw the reviews.. very slow service even when standing at the bar... we ordered our drinks and then kinda got ignored after.. asked to pay he gave us the receipt and went on doing something else. Had to then ask for 3rd time for the card machine- the barman looked confused at us.. we stick to drinking at the hotel..

Beautiful Irish-themed pub let badly down by poor service and bland food.During my visit to this establishment, despite all the various types of draft beer stations only one type was available.A simple food order (3 Cheese pizza) for one person took nearly 45 mins to arrive. Trying to order another drink took forever.Asking for condiments was another struggle. The food was extremely bland and required serious help! A bottle of Tabasco eventually arrived , only to contain a few drops. No effort was made by the waitron to find a fuller bottle nor was any effort made by the waitron or a manager to enquire if everything was in order. They must have already known the answer! I've had better service in this regard from Wimpy.A great pity!

Great atmosphere and tasty comfort food. Good place to relax after busy day away from home.

After reading the last 20 reviews, I decided to go as not to travel. It was very quiet as I went early. I was showered with service. Ordered drinks and food, it came in reasonable time.I ordered 350g T-bone Meduim.Food looked great but vegetables were cold. Steak and rice was great.I waited longer for the bill than for the food.Will go back again. Thanks guys.

Not impressed by this place at all. The table I was seated at was sticky to the touch. I ordered a burger, 5 mins later I was told the chef said they are out of burger rolls. I accepted the toasted bread as an alternative. I was the only customer in the restaurant at the time of my order but it took a long while to have my food served to me. My issue was that the burger patty was tiny. Definitely not worth the price. Only one rasher of bacon was served in my cheese and bacon burger". Even a dagwood has more filling. Definitely to work on service and the food a bit more to keep customers happy. Service was so slow for a night that was not even packed. Definitely not impressed!!"
