Could definitely recommend this team of dedicated staff. Due to load shedding and towers being off, we had endless problems with our phone and internet lines.. MFP always called on us promptly and with a smile to try to address the matter. And didn't sleep or remove my name from management meetings - hahahaha - until a suitable solution was found.Hats off to a wonderful capable team!

Not only are they looking after our telephonic needs, they went out of their way to have fiber connected to our offices in an area where it is not readily available. Their response to queries is prompt and they never shy away to assist with any request, no matter how big or small. As I mentioned I have been in IT for the last 20 years and have good experience with customer service and I have to give credit to MFP which is one of the best service providers that I have ever come across. They are quick to respond to calls and very professional and efficient at what they do. Your turnaround time to resolve issues could be as quick as 15 – 30 minutes which is unheard from the places I come from. So please do keep doing what you do, I absolutely love your service.
