This is the only dentist in my area that works with my medical aid. When I booked for an emergency appointment, I was told that I need to wait for another 8 days. I said this was an emergency as I have a cracked tooth and have excessive pain, but was told sorry other people hold onto their emergency appointments and there is no space

I went to Dr S Paul dentist today, was very unhappy with the service I received by the lady that was standing by the door, firstly the lady stopped me and said I cannot enter, I must read the notice on the door, the receptionist told her to close the door. Which they did, closed the door in my face. They were very rude and not friendly at all, felt as if I was trespassing their practice not explaining to me it is only for existing patients, or even what I was my problem.I moved from another province to Gauteng, so does it mean I need to travel for 4 hours to get to my dentist, because I am not an existing patient of Dr S Paul, really this was unacceptable, will take this matter further to NHS. Not happy at all.

Do not bother phoning them for pricing. You have to book a consult for pricing. I have phoned 8 different dentist and all were able to give pricing over the phone. This one was the only one that insists you need to come in first. Very poor in my opinion

My mother WAS a patron of this practitioner. She had an emergency and was in a-lot of discomfort. When she called to make an emergency booking and for assistance the receptionist said they was fully booked. She then asked if she could visit another practitioner, which she then did.My mother then got a call back from the receptionist screaming and disrespecting her over the phone telling her to not use her name when she called the other practitioner. Which my mother never did, and she told the receptionist all she said was that she was a patient of Dr Paul. She continued screaming at my mother. Which my mother then requested to physically come to Dr Pauls officers to clear the air. My mother then requested to speak to the Dr Paul, which Dr Paul declined, which is very disappointing.You can be the very best in the filed, but if you treat your patrons with such disrespect and service of this demeanour, you don't deserver to be in a field of service.

Disgusting service by the receptionist, OMG how does she work in dental practice with that horrible attitude. We will not be going there ever again.
