Avoid at all costs. Sheet, pillow cases ruined with black marks. Didn't smell clean at all. Staff have a couldn't care less attitude. They didn't even make eye contact, let alone greet you. Too busy chatting to each other & staring at phones. Much better experience with Fresh at the Sasol Centre

Cash only. 80 rand for a basketful (about a weeks worth of clothes). Dropped off Saturday and picked up Sunday morning. The other laundry place in the center was too busy for my laundry.

Clothes clean and well folded. Only problem was the lack of communication with regards to when the clothing was ready as well as the lack of a correct phone number to reach them.

Some of my clothes where missing,asked the lady at reception she casually says she phoned other customers and no one has it. I messaged her a few days ago to ask if she found she didn't even respond to my message...

The pricing was very reasonable, the assistant was friendly but I'm not sure if the clothes dried properly but it had a musty smell (not a fresh clean smell).

Avoid.... Please. Very poor service. They extended pickup time, Non of my clothes were folded. All my whites are stained with blue.. Not packaged properly. I'm very unhappy, as this was brand new clothes and we will not be able to wear them again.

My jacket got destroyed in the process. Stains on the clothing as if they weren't washed and bleach stains on my t-shirts. I still paid the full amount. Very unimpressed
