I really enjoyed the buying experience at Jack Friedman. I was welcomed very warmly when I arrive. I had not yet decided that Jack Friedman would be the jewellers who would help me design and then craft a very special engagement ring. All the staff were friendly and helpful, but Katso was really the sales person who made the experience so memorable and sealed the deal for me.It has been a few months now that I am engaged and I still see my fiancée admiring the ring on her finger.Thank you Katso and the JF team.

Hi everyone!Two weeks ago we went to the store to find an eternity band for my wife.We were warmed welcomed with a smile by the one and only Ms. Ruby!Ruby was very attentive and patient to our questions and dilemmas about a few optional rings. She was very knowledgeable and professional about every option we looked into. Ruby knew by her pleasant approach to guide us in a way that made all decisions feel right regarding which was the right ring to buy.All stuff at the store were kind and pleasant. The store manager Tanya was professional and kind and was attentive to our questions as well.Farther more, we got into that store with recommendations from a friend which is also in the diamond business and he knows the owner for many years. The first thing he mentioned regarding that store is that they are very honest and you can feel safe to buy there.
