A bunch of lies especially from the manager, his name is Neil. I brought a phone which i bought brand new for warranty and they continued to lie for 3 months. Gave me the phone which was not working and lied that the battery is just not charged. Took it back a few minutes later and admitted that the phone is dead and refused to honor the warranty. I am taking legal action, disgusting

I have had nothing but problems with Edenvale branch. It is like everyone of them, hate their jobs and certainly hate customers. They lie, they don't give you your coin change and when I ask them where my 90c is, oh we don't give change. Its not about the small amount, its illegal! And don't bother contacting their head office as Edenvale lies to them and they just seem to accept their version. I paid my extension and sent proof of payment and they say they can't find it so they sold my item! 7 weeks later and they refuse to replace my item! Please do yourself a favour and rather use anyone but Edenvale Cash Crusaders.

I had an amazing shopping experience and Brad in particular was vetoed helpful. I was assisted telephonically and then on whatsapp with with pictures of the goods and finally drove to the store to pick up amd I was overly impressed. Besides Brad, the staff was friendly and welcoming

What an incompetent staff ...asked for cables the lady said they don't have decided to look for myself and I got them after showing her this is what am looking for ,she gave me an attitude telling me if I get home and it's not the right one there's no refund policy ....went to pay then the prices on the system is not the price at the shelf ,had to wait more than 30 minutes while they are going up and down .....the manager was good though but his staff is something else

It seems like each store has its own set of parameters of what items can used when taking the option of borrowing cash. Staff should also more considered with the way they handle the negotiation of prices and items overed. I don't think anyone likes to be in that position in the first place. There is a way of doing things and then there's a way of doing things. End result is a customer driving 20min further, going past the front door of that outlet to do business at a other Cash Crusaders.

Please don't trust this cash crusaders to give you back your stuff if you use their borrowing service. I gave them a boxed controller and two box games to borrow against. when it was time to get my stuff they had sold them and gave me unboxed controller and still haven't replaced the games and giving me come back tomorrow responses. I think this is a severe violation of trust and currently pursuing criminal chargers.

I come to this store every month to buy games and today i got a very bad service from the one lady Mpho i asked her if she can clean the disc and she said she diesnt have anything yo clean it with with and attitude but the day before Rushanca clean the disc and i received excellente service from hereMPHO had such a bad attitude she didnt even great me lile i was disturbing her and that made us very unwelkom in the store she went and called another lady to help is when i told her that Rushanca clean the disc for me yesterday. Im not happy at all today

Slow af....Why are the cashier so slow? 15minutes on one customer. She spent half the time chatting. I just want to make a purchase and get out. I don't want to stand there all day.

Bad bad service i bought a new fridge gave problem in 6 days i reported it as they needed to give me a new fridge as in 7 days faulty goods they need to exchange. Well they refuse said maybe there is something small wrong with it i must not bring it back they will send a technician same day , after week i took it they book it for repair im waiting more than 2 months ,every week they say monday Tuesday ill receive it. Shandre , Ashwin and the Managers is perfect liars and crooks properly doing it to most clients.
