I felt like I was over priced so i reached out to the head office. They kindly contacted me back and explained why they had to use the extra bit of colour. Very friendly staff and they do try make sure their clients are satisfied.

The stylists are good. But the receptionist and girls in front are so slow, rude and inattentive. Very unpleasant. Makes you want to go elsewhere. They make you feel as if you're forcing them to assist you and do something that is a burden on them... i.e. Their job!

Not worth what they charge.If you can find a hairdresser who uses the same products (they do use good quality products), rather go there. They overbook, they don’t listen and they over charge. The results are also not outstanding. The qualified hairdressers barely touch your hair, everything is done by their tech. You pay premium prices for underwhelming service.

My daughter wanted layers cut all around, well… 1 layer extra and definately not like the photo we showed and then to be charged an amount by a master stylist, which Lebo was only a executive stylist. She did nothing like I requested…. Very dissappointed with the cut. We will not go back again.

I went for Protein+ Treatment. Had cut too.I'm at Hairdresser in PE who couldn't believe I had Treatment. Haircut unevenly shaped under ears.Very disappointed. Hair feels like grass. Dry no signs of Treatment.
