Started the process of buying the Navara it took 7 days. No communication from their side. Sales manager promises everything is clean on the car and i will get it delivered. No communication from him. I speak to the dealer principal. No he says the bakkie has water damage and he cant sell it to me. Never in my life have i been treated like this. I dont know if they were trying to hide all the issues on the bakkie but i sat without a car for days because of their stories. Bunch of Ja broers. Dont waste your time with them. Really low ball.Via WhatsApp they send an offer to buy for 420k, then after going there.Making it sound wonderful the actual offer is 320k.Worst offer, by 60k less than all other dealers.Besides the low offer, they really waste your time. Shocking experience.

Shocking service and very incompetent. Sent my 2021 model NP300 for a radio code which was all that was needed. The radio was working and just needed a code. During their diagnosis they claimed there was no power going to the radio and claimed the radio needed to be replaced. they damaged my radio and I still had to pay 1200 for the diagnostic. Ended up spending 500 at an auto electrician to fix the radio and bought code for 20 euros online.

WORST SERVICE EVERI bought a Nissan Magnite 2022 in January, in March i had a puncher which affected the control arm, i took in the car to be checked it was on the 24th of March they said it will be fixed since its under warranty and they will place an order for the part, i should receive the car in 3 working days, todays date 03.05.2022 still don't have a car, they dont even bother to call me, no updates today I was told the part its on its way but they don't know when they will receive it, I'm really disappointed and hurt they seriously don't not care about their customers.
