I am so Glad that I found SWS, they are the best security company. They are available everyday, I was offered the best customer service, their system is more advanced than the previous company I used and when alarm was triggered I was happy that a person called within seconds. We're looking at our FOURTH NIGHT of absolutely no security whatsoever, due to incompetence from their side. And no sense of urgency from them to get it sorted either - they're not returning messages or e-mails. We were hit two months ago, and they're perfectly ok with us being vulnerable. Not a single aspect of our alarm system is working.
