They make arrangements to see you. Appointment was at 2pm waited 35min i called them they tried to make excuses. I told them if you knew you goi g to be late make a call at least and this was the second time i called to make arrangements. The first time was a week earlier they said they call me to arrange a technician nobody phoned me back.
