if i could i give them a half star i would have ....having to be transferred from one person to the other and all i needed was parts department, eventually after 7 minutes my call was answered , so now i dont know if it was because it was lunch time and everyone was out or busy, but surely a company as Toyota should at least put the necessary in place to offer client service, or change your slogan

Professional service from the Sale Team. They are always willing and happy to help. The F&I lady Anne-Marie is very knowledgeable and friendly. She explains the purchase process very carefully, to be sure her customers are comfortable with the purchase of their new vehicle.

Just got my back and it is humming (knocking sound coming from the back gone!). I was contacted about additional items that could be fixed before hand..which I appreciate. I received a reminder about my appointment via sms which is always appreciated..the drop off was smooth. I received and sms detailing who would be my service advisor after I dropped off my car. The staff were open, friendly and helpful. Good experience

My brother in laws Toyota Foretuner was serviced by Market Toyota Culemborg on the 2nd of August. My wife dropped off the car with the service advisor Gillian Greenfield who was unprofessional and made inappropriate comments (she thought that she was funny) which I will not post on this review but am happy to share with management of Toyota Culemborg. When my wife dropped off the car she made it clear that there was a diesel leak on the car causing diesel residue to build up on the boot windscreen and that this needed to be inspected and repaired. She even showed the service advisor the residue. We collected the vehicle around 15h30 and forgot to ask if the leak had been looked at. I then drove the car to Franchhoek and then had the same residue appear which made me realise that the leak had not been repaired. It turns out that the request from y wife had not even been included on the job card. I called the service manager Guy and asked if I could have the car looked at a dealer closer to my home in Franschhoek. He recommended McCarthy Toyota in Paarl and Janine Herbst and her technical manager Michael sorted out the issue in 15mins and then had my car washed as well. This leak on the injector pipe was pretty easy to pick up, indicating that the technicians at Market Toyota Culemborg were simply incompetent and it is questionable as to how they could not have picked this up when servicing the car despite having had the car on their lift to drain the oil when doing the oil change. By comparison the team at Mccarthy Toyota Paarl were so hospitable and professional in their duties while Market Toyota Culemborg's service and lack of professionalism were clear to see. When I asked Guy the service manager of Market Toyota Culemborg about this, his reply was simply that they are human and make mistakes"...clearly fixing your car properly is not their priority nor are they sure they may not make a mistake when repairing it. If I was anyone needing a Toyota serviced

Our car went in for a service. Darren was extremely helpful and kept me updated on the progress. I am SO grateful that they dropped me off and picked me up again to fetch the car. I'm impressed with how courteous our driver was on the road. Will definitely use the service center again!

Absolutely pleasant experience. I've just had my car serviced there for the second time. Staff is always professional and helpful. A special thanks to my service consultants, previously Paul Fox and Nicolene Fredericks. And I'm very sorry I didn't catch the name of the driver who picked me up to collect my car but it was absolutely lovely having a drive filled with so much laughter! Will definitely recommend any day!

Great service! I booked my service on the my Toyota app, it was registered and I was sent an sms to confirm, I arrived, handed everything off and then was called to come collect later. They gave me a breakdown of everything, cost was good, and they even gave my car a really great wash and clean.
