I was hoping to get the rugby boots I ordered in time. I paid the extra R100 fee for sooner delivery, they used Dawn Wing as a courier service, and on the 3rd day, the parcel tracking has not been updated since the first arrival at the depot. I phoned and are still awaiting to hear when am I getting my parcel, I did not pay the extra fee for no reason and not knowing where my parcel is, is making it worse.Parcel was suppose to be delivered within 3 working days, I was now told it won't be in time. I have to wait one day longer. Will have to see how long I will actually wait for my parcel to be delivered!!!

I am a regular online shopper but was really nervous ordering online from what I perceived to be a small local retailer in a town in another province. I decided to go ahead with the purchase from SportSA because I was impressed with the competitive pricing of rugby boots compared to local providers in KZN and larger online stores. I am so glad I did as I was really pleased with the communication, service and speedy delivery I received. I hope to support this business again in future. Well done!

I needed a pair of rugby boots for my son before Friday, 19th October'18 - none of our local sport shops have any stock at the moment, so I was forced to shop online. The online chat consultant was very helpful. When I realized that the shipping time will not allow us to get the shoes in time - I inquired about the possibility to have a courier come and collect on my behalf to send it to me overnight. The second I made my payment, I received a phone call from the Store Manager, Hash to inform me that my order was ready for collection and that he was informed by his staff or the arrangement we made with Postnet to collect. Thank you for such wonderful service and the willingness to help. Your prices are simply great and I will never shop for rugby shoes anywhere else again.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Sports SA were the only retailers in SA who had exactly what I needed in the colour I preferred. Placed the order (From Johannesburg) on Monday morning. The products were with me at 10am on Wednesday morning.Fantastic human beings involved. Excellent service keep it up!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I stay in Gauteng and ordered my goods online. Within 3 days I received my ordered item with daily email updates keeping me posted on progress. Happy to recommend purchasing from their online store.
