I am extremely unhappy. I applied for debt review removal in June 2020. I was advised that I need to have paid at least R5000 for an attorney to proceed with court application. By November 2020 I had paid all R7000 hoping things will start moving. I got a date of 21st February 2021 for court date. I counted down to that day since the day I received that email from Sharon, only to realize in January that it is a Sunday. I enquired about the date several times and Sharon kept saying she will follow up. The 22nd Feb I called couple of times to get feedback, Sharon was out of office and Anele tried to assist but he had no information. 24th February 2021 Sharon called back to let me know the court issue didn't happen as there is a backlog in court. I was very disappointed. I have 1 loan and my car left in my debts, Sharon advised that I should pay the outstanding R17000 of my loan then they can assist with the removal without going to court. I advised her that I will not be able to pay all that money at once and asked that she please request for the court date. I am so unhappy because to this date I still do not have a court date, haven't heard from Sharon. I do not know what is happening or when this will be concluded. It is 8 months now and I applied for removal because I urgently and desperately needed assistance. Soon it will be a year sitting and waiting
