Highly professional Hair Salon.....absolutely on the edge!! What makes me so impressed is their progressive marketing strategy. The foresight to work with Edgars so that their clients can put a much needed makeover on their account....it doesn't get better than that!!! Oh actually it does ........ if you want to know what pampered is.....this is the place to go. I received a gift voucher from a friend and I was sold......my new best place!!! I have moved to Australia so I was hoping......well a girl can hope can't she?

I love this place! The staff are super friendly and Luannne, is the absolute best. He is the first person you meet when you enter and he has such a positive and vibrant personality.I've been going to Bionic for the last 8 years. They do everything from brazilians, laser, waxing, nails, massages, foot peels... they are amazing. You can literally book everything you want.Just a heads up... they are quite popular so make sure you make your appointment way in advance.

I set an appointment for 09:30 for a simple wash and blow only to get there, have my hair washed and only blow dried and hour and a half later! My hair was dry by the time there was a stylist available to blow it. They clearly work on a first come first serve system however they don't make that apparent when you're setting the appointment. As for the wash and blow and Flatiron, it was subpar at best. My hair still had noticable buildup after washing, and the stylist asked me if I wanted volume or straight hair and I said volume which apparently meant adding some loose dry curls to the ends of straight hair. Not only did bionic waste my time and make me late for my appointments they also left me looking a mess. To add insult to injury not a single person there asked if I was happy with the service.

Sadly I didn’t have a positive experience… the salon was very impersonal and felt like a mass production set up. The process took 45 mins and not two hours like I was told when booking- very rushed. My eyes and nose stung and I felt very uncomfortable. I was told to not tie hair up and not wash hair 3-7 days if possible and use sulfurate free products. I managed 5 days and used the Sulfate free products but my hair is a contrast meaning my fringe area is smooth and soft and the rest of my hair is dry, frizzy and looks unhealthy. Messaged them but after asking about after care information no other response from salon. I booked for Mycro Keratin but looks like I was serviced by an imitation. The customer service and after sales support is atrocious. The Edgars and Foschini group needs to be aware of this. If this salon is using imitation MK but advertising as MK which is damaging the Mycro Keratin Brand but they insisting it’s MK then MK must not be very effective or consistent as my hair is a disaster.

Bionic is the only hairdresser I can trust to do my hair.When I leave there my hair is silky smooth and soft .Plus the ladies is always friendly
