Clinic - Elsburg

TERRIBLE!! St. Chauke is a rude unpleasant person. She was 2 hours late for work, I was there at 7:30 already. She took 1-2 hours to see one person at a time, whereupon we found out she was on her phone most of the visit. One lady spend 1 and 1/2 hours in her office, she came out saying it took St. Chauke 10 minutes to do what she needed to do. The rest of the time she what on her phone talking to a friend. She took an hour's lunch - bear in mind being 2 hours late for work. At 2:45 pm I went into her office and asked whether she will be able to see me today, she started laughing at me and said I never told you to wait for me" (After being 2 hours late for work) She started gossiping about me to one of her work colleagues

Ive been calling for the passed few day for a transfer card and no one answered, but when I get there nobody helps

Been here over 3 hours without anyone helping. I'm 7 months prrgnant and they didnt care. They dont come out to see who is waiting nor help you.

The dentist hurts even if you tell them that you are scared of the equipment that is going in your mouth she tells you she knows what she is doing does not care about if you got an phobia for dentistry tools

They helped me professionally even though they are a lil bit slower . They were patient with me

my molar tooth was extracted on Wednesday, I did not feel any pain. Over the weekend I noticed that the tooth was not entirely extracted. I tried to call them several times to explain my situation and they are not picking up the phone.

Anc sister is very rude. When you are inside she is busy on the phone. Imagine you arrive at 6 and you have to leave by 1pm.

Elsburg clinic on my experience nurses are little bit slower little rude to tell the truth I'm scared of them not all of them but some of them they don't mind to make you wait for too long on the line their many n almost all doing the same thing n so slowly but what can we do it's free service after all n they really know that we as patients we don't pay a thing that's why we are not even allowed to complain so much we take as it is

I sat there for 2 hours. No one helped me. There is no system in place for who came first. They talk and eat all the time. If you can find another solution, please do it. Its a waste of time going there.
