Naturally there was a queue as at any other SARS branch, however, the service received here was a number of hours than that experienced at the Roodepoort, Johannesburg branch.

I had an appointment with SARS Bellville via their customer service department for a consultant to issue me a RFR01 only to sent away again with an appointment on 17th October 2022. This is the second time now!!Staff were absolutely rude and not willing to assist at all. Whenever I go to a government department, it's the worst service ever!! SARS was one of the best in the world and I had great service from them prior 22 years ago! What a absolute shame!!!

Apparently, you're supposed to come 15 minutes early for appointments. If you're more than 5 minutes late after going through security and queueing at reception, then you can lose your appointment. I didn’t know this beforehand, but thankfully, I made it just in time.The consultant was friendly and helpful. All things considered, not a bad experience.

Brilliant service from door to consultants! Everyone is so helpful, informative, kind and understanding.I was helped by a wonderful lady who helped me with registering, change of info and submission. I have never received such amazing service from anywhere !I highly recommend Bellville SARS, and believe that they are deserving of understanding and kindness too!Thank you Bellville SARS! I'm not surprised by the low rating. I had a court case against my business and had to consult sars. Apart from the poor service ans blah blah, later on I found out that some officers at this branch doesn't know their job.

EXCELLENT service! arrive early and you won't be disappointed (6:30am) The two ladies are very experienced that hand out the tickets and ensure that you are seen. If you get a ticket the service from the tax assessor is just as good! They try see you before 8am which happened in my case. Well done!

I wouldnt even know where to start from poor service, not getting callbacks, different answers from different people regarding processes, putting the phone down in your ear mid conversation, Calls dropping and not getting callbacks. Its easier to hire someone else to deal with SARS on your behalf so you dont deal with all that nonsense and stress. I could genuinely write an essay over SARS poor service.
