They even wen't the extra mile and mixed the floor colour to my exact specifications. I would recommend and reuse them any day. Thank you team!

Mike and his team are without a doubt the most professional, efficient and friendly people in the flooring business. They have gone way out of their way to fit in with my buget and timeline. They have not only met, but exceeded my every expectation.

Concept Flooring was one of the worst companies to deal with. If they didn't force you to pay 100% up front, we would hopefully have a completed patio. I have contacted numerous people from the company, they always say they will get back to me, or they will come up with some story as to why they can't fix it now. And then the inevitable happened, radio silence, it's been months. They left the patio looking like a child tried screeding for the first time, they used our house as a dumping site and didn't take any of their tools, buckets, and materials. Which inevitably dried and damaged or other flooring. The lack of colour examples is also shockingly bad, we asked for grey and they gave us beige. The pictures are the second try for a grey colour. The foreman is incredibly rude to the workers. If you want to be completely ripped off, go ahead use them. Else you've been warned.

Mike and his team didn't complete work on site. Despite promises that he would return and finish the bathroom floor, it hasn't happened. I paid in full and am unhappy with the service that I received as I have a bathroom floor that's blotchy and unsealed and that I'm embarrassed to let visitors see.EDIT: Please feel free to schedule an appointment to complete the work that you didn't finish while you were on site. It's coming up for 2 years and despite promises that the work would be completed, I have yet to see one of your contractors at my house.

Concept floors came to our rescue after we had a very bad floor installed. They remediated the floor by reinforcing it, grinding it and sealing it twice with an added anti slip for our indoor pool space. Their service was excellent, they are professional and fast, and we now have a beautiful and functional floor for our business. They went above and beyond and we highly recommend them to everyone looking for quality flooring services.

The worst mistake I ever made was trusting Mike and his team....I am left with unfinished floors. I now have to get another company to finish the shoddy job that Mike and his team did at my home. I trusted him and paid him in full and on time as he expected, with him agreeing to come back and finish...empty promises, poor workmanship, very unprofessional. So disappointing!! Our hard earned money just squandered! We couldn't wait any longer and had to install our kitchen and Mike promised to come back and finish. Empy promises! Its heartbreaking!!

They were quick efficient and effective; I knew what was happening when and how. Servicing the Vaal is for some contractors not worth it but they went out of their way to accommodate my request. For the size job they offered the best price and service. I am happy with the end result. Even after installation, calls were made to find out if I am still happy with the installation.
